KaroExam Study Support Scholarship
Not an essay contest. A real-world action challenge.
Most scholarships ask you to write an essay. We're doing something different we want to see you take a small, real action that makes a difference, and reward your effort with the stationery you need to keep preparing.
No essays. No word limits. Just do something good, show us, and get a full set of notebooks to support your studies.
How It Works
Pick an activity
Choose one activity from the list below (or propose your own — we're open to good ideas).
Do it, and document it
Complete the activity and take 2-3 clear photos or a short video (30-60 seconds) as proof.
Submit your entry
Fill out our submission form with your photos/video, a short description (2-3 lines is enough), and your details.
Get your notebook set
Selected entries receive a full notebook supply, delivered as a single bulk shipment straight to your address via Amazon.
Choose Your Activity
Clean a public space
Clean up litter from a park, street, or local area near you. Before/after photos required.
Plant a tree
Plant a sapling and share a follow-up photo after 30 days showing it's still growing.
Donate books or notebooks
Collect old books/notebooks from friends or family and donate them to a child or school that needs them.
Teach someone something
Spend a week teaching a younger sibling or neighbor a subject they struggle with. A short testimonial video from them counts as proof.
Teach a GK topic on video
Pick a topic from KaroExam and explain it in your own words in a 2-3 minute video.
Help an elder go digital
Teach a grandparent or elderly family member to use UPI payments or video calling. Share a short video of the lesson.

How to Submit Your Entry
Record a short video about yourself and your project
A simple phone recording is perfectly fine — no editing needed. Just talk naturally to the camera and cover these points, in any order:
- Your name
- What you are studying and where you are from
- What your project was
- How it helped someone or your community
- What positive change you were able to bring through it
Upload your video online
Upload it to YouTube (Public or Unlisted is fine) or Google Drive. This gives you a link you can share with us you don't attach the video file itself.
Make sure the link is viewable
If using Google Drive, open the file's Share settings and change access to "Anyone with the link can view." If it's set to Private, our team won't be able to watch it.
Paste the link into the submission form
Open our Google Form and paste your YouTube or Google Drive link, along with your name and address.
Anyone can apply there is no age limit. The purpose of this program is simply to support students and learners on their education journey by recognizing their effort and positive actions.
If you are selected, our team will contact you with further information about your reward and delivery.
What You Receive
A full notebook set for your entire study year
Selected students receive a bulk notebook supply, delivered in a single shipment covering your preparation for the next 6 months to 1 year, sent directly to your address via Amazon.
Because it's delivered in one shipment, please make sure your address and phone number are accurate and complete when you submit your entry.
Who Can Apply
Open to any student preparing for a competitive exam, school, or college exam, with no age limit. If you're under 18, please complete your activity with a parent or guardian's knowledge and supervision, especially for any outdoor activity.
Please note: Submitting an entry does not guarantee a reward. Our team will review all entries and select recipients based on genuine effort and impact. We may contact you for additional details before confirming your reward.
